Welcome to Extent Insights! These Terms of Use explain the conditions for using our website, enrolling in our courses, and accessing our educational materials.
Extent Insights LLC ("Extent Insights," "we," or "us") operates extentinsights.com. By using our website or enrolling in our courses, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Courses
Extent Insights provides online educational courses, including live instructor-led training and self-paced learning opportunities.
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll directly in our instructor-led courses. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your account details secure.
Course descriptions, schedules, fees, and any specific enrollment conditions are provided before registration.
2. Enrollment and Payments
Enrollment is confirmed once your registration and required payment have been completed.
Course fees are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before the course begins unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon.
We may use trusted third-party providers to process payments securely.
3. Refunds and Transfers
We want you to have a positive learning experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
Courses canceled by Extent Insights: You will receive a full refund.
Courses lasting four weeks or longer: You may request a full refund within the first seven calendar days after the course begins if you are dissatisfied.
Shorter courses: Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law, but you may request a transfer.
If personal circumstances prevent you from attending, you may request a one-time transfer to another available course or cohort, subject to availability.
Refund requests must be sent to support@extentinsights.com. Approved refunds are normally processed within 10 business days.
Complimentary or bonus courses have no separate refund value.
These provisions do not limit any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
4. Course Access and Materials
Students enrolled in instructor-led courses receive access to course recordings and supporting materials for 12 months following course completion, unless otherwise specified at enrollment.
All course materials, including videos, presentations, exercises, datasets, and instructional content, remain the intellectual property of Extent Insights or their respective owners.
Materials are provided for your personal educational use. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share them without written permission, except where expressly authorized.
5. Live Sessions and Student Participation
Live sessions may be recorded and made available to enrolled students for educational purposes.
By participating, you acknowledge that your voice, image, or contributions may appear in these recordings. Please contact us before participating if you have concerns.
Students are expected to behave respectfully, complete their own work, and avoid activities that disrupt the learning experience.
You retain ownership of original work you create during a course. You grant Extent Insights permission to use submitted work as reasonably necessary to deliver instruction, assess assignments, and provide feedback. Any public or promotional use of identifiable student work requires separate permission.
6. Course Changes and Cancellations
We may occasionally need to change course schedules, instructors, content, or delivery arrangements.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected students and provide suitable alternatives where possible.
If we cancel a paid course, students will receive a full refund.
7. Educational Disclaimer
Our courses are designed to develop knowledge and practical skills. However, completing a course does not guarantee employment, certification by a third party, career advancement, or specific professional outcomes.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure our educational materials are accurate and current, but cannot guarantee they will be free from errors or interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, Extent Insights is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for a claim relating to a paid course will not exceed the amount paid for that course, except where the law does not permit such a limitation.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised date.
Material changes affecting existing paid enrollments will be communicated where appropriate and will not override rights already established under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
